I not much of a telephone person....Half the time I don't even carry the cell phone with me either.

actually mine is VOIP but is still hooked to the wall so its a landlinewho has a landline these days

. since ei have visual voice mail to i can forward the calls to my cell and it will save it there and plus i can read it. i have to take a cell phone where ever i go

I don't do much yapping on the phone....Got way too many other things that hold my attention....I let the answering machine do most of the work on the land line. Play them and then delete....most of them are organizations wanting a donation or someone sale something....it boils down to a competitive world. As for the cell phone it sits on the charger on my desk most of the time....I think of it as a baby sitter or a collar around the neck....Often I hear just calling to check to see what your into.....

That's more to do with the network coverage and cell tower antenna alignment than the phone itself.
Cell phones, after all, are just fancy radios.

yeah, wasn't too many cell towers back then...now they are in peoples backyards (almost)
