Only way to keep cats out is to send a message to all the other cats that your not playing around and they will all succumb to the same fate. Hang a dead cat up in the garden, or near it, and put up a sign mentioning don't make the same mistake this cat did, stay out of my garden. Word will get around and you won't have cats anywhere near your garden. Your welcome in advance for this friendly little piece of advice. lol

Who are you kidding you love cats. You would throw your coat down in a puddle so a cat wouldn't get it's little paws wet and dirty.

My Daddy use to plant his seeds then cover the garden soil with chicken wire. It kept the cats out as well as other animals from digging. My grandmother use to plant geraniums and lemon thyme because cats and rodents avoid those plants. And she also use to scatter broken egg shells and used tea grounds.

Yer daddy was a smart man. I do variations of that and have had success keeping most of my crops for myself.

Don't know about cats, but that DOES work for crows, as a last result of course.

Like the name of it. My kind of plant, plant w/attitude. Wonder if they work tho. Plant one in a litter box and find out. LOL. Speaking of litter boxes, i've always wanted to take a dump in one when the cat wasn't looking and just see its reaction when they saw it. HAHA
