Tonite's harvest will not be shown, due to farmer's appetite.
There were however, green beans, summer squash. red skin potatoes and a piece of fish on this plate.
Trust me, it was gooooooooooooooooood!

With the addition of a crossbow, there might be venison soon...............all from the garden...........

Mongolian viper predator worm

The tomato he was munching on was the size of a baseball, to put things in perspective.
I took him out with a head shot with a .22. I would have preferred to use a larger caliber, but I wanted to keep splatter to a minimum.

Today's harvest...........minus the 6 potatoes, 2 handfuls of beans, 1 squash and 1 cucumber my mom got.
She arrived today..........hungry.

BTW, the garden at my house (without the fence) has been visited by deer twice this week.
I'll be getting the crossbow shortly.
I found out you can put 5 in the freezer a year without any permit, anytime, as long as they are on your property eating your crops.

If that was a joke then it was funny as hell now!
Only thing is....I would have use a 12ga shotgun, Mongolian viper worms can regenerate there self if 90% of the body is still intact. Just so you'll know next time.

Lowes has an organic spray made by Garden Safe that contains pyrethrum as one of the active ingredients. So far Neem oil has been working really well for me.
