Injector cups are your most likely suspect, followed by cracked head/head gasket. Do you know is it oil or fuel mixing into your coolant?
Doing some checks to make sure today, but seems to be fuel. Not 100% sure yet. Mechanic is busy, and I just threw this in on top of everything else he had going on.
