Actually that was a true story was neighborhood store and my folks knew the owner send me list for bread , milk, & my folks wanted "Cigarettes Too"..

He'd put their packs of smokes in the bag with the groceries..

But if they wanted a "Drink" they hadda come store buy it themselves I'm not giving that 2 a kid

Anything that makes me kick my cruise off my leisurely 62mph pisses me off.

Needless to say, I get pissed off a lot running the 81 corridor.

For the record, my 62mph is not intended to be a slug, rolling roadblock, etc. It's the sweet spot with my particular truck with these particular rail containers. It annoys me to be that slow as well. I can't justify spending the extra fuel to go faster.

If I was pulling flatbed, tanker, RGN, or anything else that isn't a brick I'd be running 70 everywhere because I'd be aerodynamic enough for it not to hurt the wallet so much.
