Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law

The left doesn't want a solution to the virus. Otherwise they wouldn't have attacked hydroxychloroquine and produced fake research to try to discredit it after thousands of doctors all over the world reported having huge successes with it.

What they want a "solution" to is freedom and capitalism, which their demented little minds have been conditioned to see as evil.
They do want a cure, they just don’t want it till after November

It already is. Go to the CDC website, and look for where they're showing more recent infection areas. Its spreading to rural areas now. You're not going to escape this.
he's already working on his Ark...like for the past 54 years, (you know he's slow, right??)

I agree. This is why I applaud the woman for taking a stand.

That said, I'm not going to simply condemn the judge. Most judges would have made the same decision, as we are in uncharted waters as far as current living people go.

There is a reason that this person is the only one to resist an order like this.

One restaurant owner stood up, and was quickly knocked down.

I don't, in any way, agree with the stay at home and business closings that are taking place. I also can't say much about what others are doing because I work in an industry that wasn't shut down.

Lots of people talking crap about what should happen, but not surprisingly, this woman is the only person I know of who stood tall and didn't back down.
the woman in texas a judge ordered her to be released!! and now she's laughing her ass all the way to the bank as her gofundme page has hit over a half a million bucks

"recognition of the realities, possibilities, or requirements of a situation, event, decision etc., after its occurrence. = Hindsight."

And what would that 0.06% death rate had been if we did not have these lockdowns?
Well it’s not over so we can’t say we do know that Sweden has 297 deaths per million and we have 226 per million, that’s statistically not real high. But we also know their exposure rate is higher than ours which means we most likely have have more per capita deaths to come than them. At the end of the day if our death rate is similar then the shutdown was for nothing. I’m not necessarily holding the past decisions against them but as with any plan you adjust on the fly and we’re not. When this is over I’ll be interested to see the numbers.

I took interest to what was happening in Sweden. They have a compulsory social distancing order and most have abided but it.

Here in the states remember we had some of those orders but a lot of places did not abide by it and there were unnecessary spikes, hence the lockdowns.

Still though I think the lenght is too long.

But imagine the tough decisions these Governors have to make. It's so easy for us to talk about it but the last thing Governers want to see is any sort of spikes in deaths on their watch.

Think about it. If you were running a state, what would be worse, seeing a hand full of companies potentially go belly up or seeing scores of people potentially die.

Yes Sweden does have have some recommendations but they’re largely voluntary and not as strict as ours. They also based their decisions on facts not politics which is very different from our approach and opens the door to second guessing.

As far as not obeying and unnecessary spikes I’m not sure. Not obeying? Maybe because we’re constantly lied to and no one believes anything they’re told for good reason. Unnecessary spikes? I’d have to see the examples.

I think the governors should have based their decisions on facts and also realize and vocalize the fact that this is America and it’s up to you to take care of yourself not the government to take care of you.

Remember, a bunch of college kids congregated on the beach defying the social distancing. A lot of them later tested positive.

Also a group of church goers kept congregating and many of their congregation became infected.
Yeah I remember that, I’m not sure the number of each that ended up positive and I’m not sure that those same people wouldn’t have ended up positive anyway. Without a cure it’s inevitable.

I get you.

For me or you not to be sure, big deal. But for a governor theres a lot more at stake.

Now imagine you as governor in a press conference saying that after a spike....

"Ohh they probably would have caught the virus anyway".

They would run you out of office quick. Lol

I never said the governor should say “they probably would have caught it anyway” I said the should have presented the facts ave said you’re free Americans and you need to do what’s best for you.

Let's just look at what the lockdown Nazis have been doing.

Thousands of doctors and medical officials from multiple countries touted huge successes with hydroxychloroquine as a cheap and effective treatment. The lockdown Nazis declared war on the drug and produced fake "studies" claiming it kills more people than it helps. Bullshit.

They're labeling all deaths as being from coronavirus regardless of the real cause of death, even if the virus was only SUSPECTED of being present. No positive tests are even necessarily. Hospitals receive more government money if they do this. So we know for a fact that the death toll in real life is WAY lower than what they're saying.

They're completely ignoring the fact that some countries and states that did social distancing but didn't torpedo their economies with lockdowns have numbers only slightly higher than the countries that did lock down, proving that the lockdowns have little to no effect on slowing the virus but do HUGE damage to the economy.

The lockdown vs reopen debate is pretty much right along the left/right party lines too. So let's look at that.

The people saying let's keep everything shut down are mostly on the left.

The left hates capitalism, which is the biggest victim of the shutdowns. The left stands to benefit in the upcoming election if the economy is in tatters. They're already blaming Trump for the devastated economy even though it was mostly democrat governors that shut everything down. Yet they're refusing to let people go back to work and start restoring the economy. "The economy is bad, it's the orange man's fault, but no we're not going to allow anyone to fix it".

As long as people are dead broke, they will be dependent on the government for handouts and food banks. This is a socialist's wet dream.

The longer people are scared to leave home (because of artificially inflated death tolls and a constant bombardment of fear tactics by leftist media) the more likely they'll demand the left's Cheat by mail scam. And we all know that means landslide "victories" for the left because of the massive amount of fraud that will allow,as has already been observed in the states that have already done it.

Due to the fact that with age comes wisdom, barring mental illness, old people almost always vote conservative. Nursing homes are hot spots for the virus and the governor of New York deliberately spread the virus in nursing homes by forcing them to take covid patients. Scores of elderly people died as a result.

Other hot spots are meat packing plants. The left hates the meat industry because they're mostly animal rights whack jobs and environmentalist nutcases that blame cattle grazing for "climate change". Yet it's being destroyed. Not a coincidence. It's been under regulatory attack since the Chosen One was in office.

We were energy independent for the first time ever. But now the lockdowns, reduced demand and price manipulation by Saudi Arabia (a big source of funding for the Clinton Foundation) has left our oil industry in tatters. The far left's beloved Alexandria Ocasio Cortez was cheering it's demise on Twitter.

But we're suppose to believe this is all for our safety.

Yeah, that's what the Nazis told the Jews to get them into the trains.

Just a casual observer but I keep hearing on the news where places are trying to open back up but folks are being irresponsible and not abiding by the social distancing standards so they are forced to shut down again.

Perhaps social distancing is easier to do in smaller communites but in places where's there's a high density thats a tall order.

Hence the lockdowns. Probably easier to do sweeping ld's than in spots IDK.

Personality I will not complain that my rights are being deprived when there's an active terrorist about ( covid ).

Whether right or wrong we can't just flip the switch and put things back to "normal".

Unfortunately mistakes were made and now we just have to deal with them and try to learn from past mistakes.
