all my rooms in this entire house, will not fit that big a tv.

what i mean to say is, the rooms are smaller than newer homes, we'd be sitting about 4 feet away.

no more than a 40" works for us, in any of our rooms.

sounds like your in an old victorian home built in the war days. yea most of them home did have small rooms in em as i am sure alot of em were used to house the people in the military as well. don't think that all new home have big rooms in them as some don't i seen one it was new construction. and i'll tell you the kitchen and living room and dining room would be up ones rear if they bought it. sad this is it's not in CA and it's in the millions!!! i had my place custom built as i like space were in a 12000 sq ft house i also bought the 2 lots next to me so i wouldn't have neighbors

looks like 4k will be rolling out next year for OTA the box will need two hookups one for the antenna and a wifi connection so the broadcasters can spy on you and see what your watching and to send personalized ad's to your t.v.

yeah, i watch that show, flip or flop, and the real estate prices there, i can buy 6 homes here.

i had a Hitachi 27" tv, in fact, tossed it out last year..

took 2 of us to carry it down 2 flights of stairs, using a 2 wheeler in fact.

it was the old style cathode ray tube tv.
Even though our cable co only keeps there boxes for 2 years they still look like something that went the way of the flip phone another reason I went with a tivo box

iv'e watched flip or flop property brothers and a few others as well.
the property bros are frauds.....

too many times, they don;t even inspect a house fully, then find so many things wrong that cost so much extra money. i used to watch them, but being the frauds that they are, i could care less thier show gets cancelled.

a PROPER home inspection IS ALWAYS REQUIRED before any bank lends you the money.....unless like in MY situation, i took over the family house.....then a "simple" outside inspection was only needed.

i doubt every homebuyer on the property bros, are taking over a family home...and the prices for real estate up in canada, are (i think) many times HIGHER that even the biggest home with LOTS of land would ever cost....even in Cali...!!!!..and They are outrageously priced homes..>!!!

well i knever knew that. i know the show is scripted may i always figured out that the buyers had made up there minds and knew what they were getting into!!! who knows right? yes a proper inspection is always required. i know when i sold real estate i wanted the buyer there as the inspector was going through the place and seeing what was wrong and then we would ask the inspector for a guestament of how much it would cost to fix and then i would talk to the seller or the other agent depending if it was one i listed or not. and i would tell em this this and this needs to be fixed are you willing to knock off xxx amount of the price of the home to cover the repairs some would and some wouldn't lift a finger!!! yes homes are outrageously homes up there. though i would have to debate if there more expensive than cali we have alot that's NOT on the MLS out here and the prices will floor you:eek:. and i hope that you didn't include beverly hills and bell aire in your comment about homes costing more here than canada

I'm sure I could pull in more stations if they existed. But it pulls in the only ones that are around here.
I only get a few channels on antenna because I am facing the north. If my unit faced south I would get more channels and pull in a couple from Buffalo, NY.
