Looking for recommendations for a good CDL school in Atlanta. Which ones would be considered to have the best reputation with trucking companies? Who has the highest job placement rate? Thanks for the information.

Any reputable school will have you send off a number of pre-hire letters to various carriers. That doesn't mean your hired, but it does gauge interest, and means you'll get invited to orientation.

Not from Atlanta but I simply tossed in applications to various companies on my own time. Got my CDL the morning of December 4th and was on a company drive test that very afternoon.

On a side note I paid $4,700 for my truck driving school (IITR in White City, Oregon) and my company (A&M) is paying me back the tuition at $150.00 a month.
