CAT 3406B and CAT 3406E

What are the limitations/ restrictions on a truck with a 3406B or 3406E? As an owner operator can you use a truck with one of these engines to transport freight to all States? I live in Mississippi.

You can get a 1000 mile per year waiver. I think it is 1000 anyway.

At which point you have to report your miles driven in the state.

Thanks for the feedback. I am just trying to get as must information on these engines before investing in a Truck. I am a mechanic and the engines seem easy to keep on the road if no legal restrictions.
