Yes. They all have discounts and perks if you pay attention and use them.

The rebate on a new truck purchase will pay for the OOIDA membership for years.

NASTC is another great one. It requires attending a class to get all their benefits, but the fuel card alone is well with it. Also many other discounts as part of their membership.

Being a member of your state’s trucking organization isn’t a bad idea either. Great way to keep up with industry matters in your state and gives you an avenue for helping to influence what happens.
