Air issues

Need help we are rebuilding a 2016 kenworth w900 and the air system isn't working right. Replaced the dryer and governor and either fills only secondary or primary tanks and no air to the accessory ports in the long block?

Chase the air. Wet tank charged? Then check the primary, then the secondary. You should hear the tanks sing when the check valve between primary and secondary opens.

Not sure when it started, but some buddies say later Paccars have pri/sec check valve incorporated into the dryer, is it possible you reversed those lines? If not that style, pull the line that feeds secondary and make sure check valve is passing air from primary.

So that issue is now fixed but still have no air to aux 1 block so the bags are not getting air on either cab or suspension

That should feed directly off the secondary tank
