99 FL 70 w/5.9 Cummins DTC CODE

Need to know if a '99 FL 70 with a 5.9 Cummins uses J1587, J1939 or J1708 protocol for DTC codes ?

Fairly certain it should be J1708. J1939 came in later on, J1587 is usually ABS
