8V92TA turbo differences?

So while working on my game i've noticed that there appears to be about two different turbos for the 8V92TA. The TV8301 (1.39 AR) and the TV8101 (1.60 AR) but what is the difference. Is it merely an updated turbo, different turbo's for different power applications, etc?

That would make sense since the 1.60 AR would give lower response times which is undesireable for road applications but for constant/near constant rpm use it's acceptable.
