Got a slight problem with my turbo, it currently went out on me just recently. The Kenworth shop quoted me $10400 for a replacement turbo and actuator and that includes labor. Should I go back to the replacement stock turbo or opt for a non vgt turbo, manifold and piping for a 1/4 of the price?

So while working on my game i've noticed that there appears to be about two different turbos for the 8V92TA. The TV8301 (1.39 AR) and the TV8101 (1.60 AR) but what is the difference. Is it merely an updated turbo, different turbo's for different power applications, etc?
