Calendar is pretty filled up with doctors appointments and speech therapy.
The physical and occupational therapy hasn't even been scheduled yet.
I'm checking her blood pressure every 3 hours or so and writing it down, and when she takes what meds.
Today we're going to her brother's house and her sister is going to be there and we're going to tell her about Zach.
This is probably not going to go very well. She's going to be mad at us all.

BTW I'm not trolling. There are knives in there and you don't fully know where she is or will be emotionally with everything that's happened to her.

We had her daughter on video on her brother's phone and their parents on her sister's phone.
She handled it better than I expected. She wasn't mad at us for not telling her for 2 months.
After a while she seemed OK but she was quiet on the way home and when we got home she laid down in bed and cried herself to sleep. I had to wake her up to get a blood pressure & give her medicine.
Found out tonight that her sister's blood pressure also runs low. That would have been helpful to know sooner.

Now Sarah has a moderate fever. 101.6 and had two mild seizures. Since her blood pressure is up at a healthy level, high enough I skipped her evening dose of midodrine, I went ahead and gave her a clonazepam and 500 mg Tylenol.
2 hours later it was 100.5, and I gave her 400 mg of ibuprofen per my sister's instructions.
Mild sore throat, no other symptoms of anything.
Nurse Duck probably ain't gonna get much sleep tonight though.
I just got back from the grocery store with water, ibuprofen and a shit ton of Gatorade.

That Red Bull & Monster is "Garbage"..New problem.
She's wide awake and wants to go walk around the yard but I'm tired as **** because I didn't get much sleep last night.
Maybe I'll go get me a red bull or something.
Ya need Good Coffee...Mtn Dew and Sudafed Tabs ya gotta show a driver's license for at Pharmacy don't worry afew boxes last a month if ya ain't cooking "Meth"..
Better yet if ya at home discover that point of Alcoholism where ya slam em down all night but ya can't sleep..
Then next day ya so "Shakey" and Nervous need afew just to get outta the house.
Their ain't no good way Ya just got your Hands Full I guess..
That said back when I was taking care of my folks before they went..
I felt a "sense" of Purpose..
When they went for years I hadda deep empty spot inside of me because at that time.
Sure I got the house and some $$$ in the Will..
Yet for quite awhile something was Missing ...Felt as if I Lost a Piece of My Soul almost...
Now @Duck I think you'll do better with Sarah..
Shes not that old yet I think she can recover from a stroke..
Ya love her obviously or ya wouldn't be with Her..
For now just Go Thru the "Motions"..
Dance in the Yard at Midnight if ya have too..
I "certainly" hope ya Got Family Medical "Leave" on this too.
