I also had food that never happened. My mom made some kind of casserole involving chicken and stove top brand stuffing.

All I know is it was good, and my weekly mom-ness has a couple more meals of it for in the truck.

She does this weekly cooking thing since she's retired and makes stuff for the kids. I needled my way back into being one of the kids. The kids are my nephews and the girlfriend of the older one. They're all young adults now.

Crazy to think I changed 2 out of 3 of their diapers. The older nephew is a forklift operator where I deliver a lot. Or used to. Company still goes there. I don't.
