Lots of ice washed up in my backyard the last few days that didn't go back out with the tide. I hear there are a lot of actual bergs on the go already but we've been down with a bad flu the last couple days. We're getting a little better now so you knows we won't be chasing them again.

No crude ships coming in here. Sometimes low tide is so shallow you can walk halfway across the bay. Might get a canoe in from the point if I time it right.

I've got a small spot with no trees on the side of the driveway about 50 feet from the road where the wheelie bin for garbage sits and we take it to the road the night before garbage day. In our flu induced stupor we forgot to put it on the road but when I finally did go put the next bag in it was still in the usual spot but empty. That was pretty white of Mike.

I think it's ironic that I get YouTube ads for Sobeys lobsters when the closest Sobeys is about two hours away and we have a fish plant 15 minutes up the road.
They will sell you anything that comes out of the ocean straight off the boat cutting out all the middle men.. You won't get any fresher than that.

Probably. I haven't really looked for it though. I much prefer cod or salmon. We catch a fair amount of trout ourselves and of course you have the capelin roll ever summer.
