I got a cheap wireless camera to sneak a peak in my trailer during loading/unloading. It's pretty short range, but I put it on the end of a long back scratcher and there is usually enough of a gap that I can stick it up to where I can see into the trailer.

Now you can see which operator puts that long gash in the walls of your trailer. Keep a record feature on it so you can prove who did the damage and get restitution.
