Epic title, just for a little rant. Being out on the road, a good cup of coffee is one of those things that can make or break a day. It's been a long time, since I've had a good cup of coffee. You see, McClain won't do their job and deliver. Truck stops, are getting their deliveries 3 to 4 weeks late. And it's not because there is no product, oh there is plenty of product, just go to Walmart. But for some reason, McLean has decided that they do not want to deliver to truck stops. Specifically, they're not delivering any coffee products. For those who do not believe that truckers keep the country moving, this is what it looks like, when a company will not deliver I should add, there was also no cold creamer, ehich is not surprising. James McClain just does not like Love's. They haven't delivered them cold creamer in months. Okay, rant over. Continue with your day

I didn't know that I said they were.And it's not just love, that's just where I mostly stop, because well free coffee, free showers, road life is expensive. But what I've got from a few McLane drivers, they're understaffed and won't hire. They're trying to stretch the drivers that they have too far. And I can't make the deliveries

So much wrong with this.

Being understaffed is not a refusal to deliver.

Not able to get workers and not hiring are not the same.

As if truckers aren't full of shit. Like it's a full time occupation for drivers who know nothing to bluster about as if they have the inside scoop from the top.

yeah, one company i worked for, one of the drivers said he was told by the owner, who gets what in his WILL. like uh...yeah ok.

and THAT owner was Mr Cochran, who was the founder of Overnite, then started the company i worked for when he sold out, and he named his new company, Highway Express.

like uh yeah, a multi billionaire is gonna talk about his WILL to a pion trucker......fur reeeal.......

suck it up...bring your own supplies. there are shortages of new cars, i had to put down a deposit on one last month, and i still ain't got it yet..

even some guns i want, are not available as there aren't that many to ship to all the stores yet.

hiring is not that easy either. that takes time to do. it is also highly possible that many of the customer based restaurants have closed up, so the need to hire more drivers is not needed.

The real lesson here is stop diluting your coffee with faux dairy products.

Keep a box of Folgers coffee singles in your truck.. they're basically coffee tea bags. Drop one in any shitty cup of coffee for a few minutes and it'll make it taste like a million bucks. There's other brands out there as well. I always have some with me cuz of my medical condition.. I turn into a lunatic without coffee..
