I was lucky and swapped my aluminum wheels out even, so I only had to pay for the tires.

Not picking on anyone, but if you are having that many blowouts you might think about what you are doing wrong. Quit running over things, keep your tires aired up and do a propper PTI. IF you do have a flat, pull over and stop driving. i still maintain it is rare to have a flat, much less a blowout. If i couls, I would run supersingles in a heartbeat.
