Shows you should watch, because I said so.

It should be a forum rule for Movies and TV that any spoiler be labeled

SPOILERS!!!

then a large space...

then the spoiler.

I really wish there was a wireless signal from a motel nearby or something. I'm really gonna smoke the company aircard tonight...

Use our wifi when you get home instead of the aircard all the time!

What pricks.

I thought the premier episode was great last week. Was kind of surprised at the way it ended. I'm seriously considering getting a room for tonight just so I can watch the second episode and see how it turns out.

If I don't see it, and anyone posts any spoilers in here, I am banning them until the end of the season.

Seriously.

I like the idea of banning them glad your the moderator!!!

I missed Walking Dead on Sunday. My cable company doesn't have it on demand yet either. If I end up seeing episode 3 before episode 2, I will be horribly disappointed. I may have to miss the rest of the season live and just watch it on demand to keep things in order.

That will suck.

I managed to catch up on Walking Dead this past Sunday as they showed episodes 2 & 3 back to back. It was a hell of a job staying awake long enough to see them both after the party on Saturday night, but I did it. Fell asleep 5 minutes into Boardwalk Empire after that though.

Boardwalk Empire on HBO is another show I have decided I really like. Set in during prohibition in Atlantic City, and full of good story lines. Interesting show for sure in my books.

Walking Dead is starting next weekend and of course we have no AMC channel again. They gave it back 1/2 way through last season and now we don't have it again. argh!!!

Game of Thrones.

As I said in my thread, it has both midgets and boobs. And beheadings, and incestous royalty, and season one was pretty good.

Since Christmas, I have managed to watch all 4 seasons of Sons of Anarchy. I got season's 1 & 2 as a gift for Christmas from my parents, and ended up buying season 3, and watched season 4 "on demand" through my cable company. Good show. I liked it, I will admit, but sitting around with the prez of the local HA chapter Sunday before the super bowl and talking about it, we just had to laugh at how unrealistic a lot of it is. He had some great stories about people approaching him since they have seen the show.

Interesting how art does not always imitate life.

It should be noted that the guy who plays "Happy" is an HA member from Oakland. In one scene, after offing someone, he's getting another happy face tattooed around his giant "Filthy Few" tat. He started as a consultant, with walk ons here and there, then when the character of Happy went from Nomad to Redwood, he was a full time character. And Sonny Barger himself has appeared at least twice in the show. I forget his characters name. Lenny something I think. He's the guy Otto demanded got some of his priviliges back when he was dealing with the latest weirdo fed.

Exactly why...after all these years of trying to make themselves look like knights in shining armor, they appear on a show about an outlaw MC, I'll never know.

Also, SoA has been signed for at least two or three more seasons.

I think they should just do ONE season, and end the show. Jax has taken over the club, and basically fulfilled his role in the loop, so one more season is plenty. The story arc is nearly complete and anything beyond that is beating a dead horse.

Also, the story has been compared to Hamlet, with John Teller being Hamlets ghost or whatever...

I dunno...we did Othello and Romeo and Juliet in high school, and I slept through both.

I told you my method...you need only search your memories Luke.

They are killing Fringe. KILLING it.

It reminds me of Battlestar Galactica, when it became clear the writers were winging it from season to season with no clear idea where they were going. I can't tell who is in whose universe anymore, and everything is totally scattered.
