Ya know, I cant say I've ever met any of the MNDOT guys I drove with on the internet, but if what you say is true about everyone on the internet works for MNDOT, then MNDOT must have a huge turn over rate. The districts I ran out of never had any turnover rate. That's interesting thought though.
