Just like the Chinese restaurants, they don't eat crab legs, clams, shrimp and the like, they eat vegetables. That's their main staple, with a little cat and rat thrown in for good measure.

Really? Had the best meal of Ginger Crab ever in Singapore. Our local project engineering manager ordered us Stingray cooked in banana leaves. Had duck and chicken meals quite often. Apparently they do eat meat.

In fact, it’s rare that I will eat mexican food away from the house unless I stumble upon a taco truck with some folks in there that really know what they are doing. At that point, I will load up on some street tacos, or possibly a torta.

Looks like you be making some trips to land of enchantment for green chili....i buy the hatch hot green chili when it come out around first of september. String a sack of green to dry out and dry up for red chili pequin and another sack of green for roasting. Some good eating.

You do realize Singapore isn't part of china don't you? Its a sovereign city island. Calling them Chinese is akin to calling white Americans Europeans. Sure that's where our ancestors came from but that doesn't make me German or english.

Here how I make taco salad bowls..... I use olive oil in my deep fryer....a corn tortilla dropped in hot fryer holding a a large soup spoon laddle in the middle of the corn torillia as it fries it forms into a bowl. Wear a large bbq mit on hand for protection.
