Before you take a load from a broker, a broker sends over a rate confirmation/load agreement and might send you a carrier agreement and proof of insurance if you've never worked together, but are there any other documents exchanged between the two sides for a normal load?

The Carrier Packet will be the contract, there may be an information sheet ypu fill out with your information, your preferred lanes and your equipment, W-9, a copy of your authority and a copy of your insurance, sent from your insurance company. There will be additional documents for Quick Pay and/or Direct Deposit.

After this, everything is done with a single page Load Confirmation / Rate Agreement.

That's what I get. A fax with all the details and rate. And I drive a company truck.
