PA/I-81 CONSTRUCTION

hey guys I really need some information around exits 190 through 211 theres a one lane construction and it feels like you're a snail driving through these exits up to 211..I was wondering if I take US-11 around exit 190 it should take me through exit 223 on I-81, but I am worrying about bridges anyone ever been here? or crawled like a snail up on this hwy?

I know that stretch but i can't remember for the life of me if you can ride on 11 or not. I think you can but don't do it on my thinking it is ok. If its that skow, pull off and grab something to eat and wait for the rush to leave. Remember you can stretch that log book due to construction. And since its only 20 or so miles just throw it in 1st and let it idle itself down the road. Sure you'll get the occassional space but its better than wearing your clutch or foot out.
