Actually I didn't count those as they were extra pay from my net miles. But I recruited a few in 2 years here, it's a great lil company. I'm happy and just trying to help other drivers get a step up and get the pay they deserve. As you are a needle in the hay stack so many drivers in the industry are not making what there worth. Now the industry doesn't pay what it should but some do better than others. I'm not here to put other companies down but to help those that I can be more successful if they choose to do so.

There's a helluva lot of drivers, L/P'rs and O/O's out here who could do worse.

You apparently never read my reply to one of your first posts where I held forth about how I was leased to ACT around 15 years ago.
And how I said they were a solid company with a commitment to their drivers.

In a more recent thread you insinuated that I was a troll,
but YOU are the one who only turns up when an opportunity to pimp ACT presents itself...

Right after they changed 'MY' run to 'team only', I went in to pick up bills for Guelph, Ontario...
And get my usual pre-plan for the Buffalo - KC return.
Chatty Kathy hollered across to Dan asking,
HEY! DAN. Buffalo to KC is team only now, right?

Dan replies, Who's asking?

He's the best team I got!!

I was happy at ACT.
I only left to throw in with a pal who had some good local contracts.

I didn't care much for Dave (officious SOB IMO).

The only person I truly disliked there was Carmen.
What a B**** she was!!
I used to break her balls on a weekly basis.

Once she threatened to shut me down over M&R reports.
When I picked up the next load I told her, I turned in the August M&R like you said.
And as I walked away I said,
I'll get June & July in next month.


Se was so F'n mad she nearly passed out.


Jenny was my dispatcher.
I talked to a BUNCH of drivers who hated her guts.
She was always good as gold to me.
She did her job WELL.
I did the best I could.

Although...
I was present a coupla times when she went OFF on a MF'r...
It was traumatic.

But HEY,
Say what you'll do,
do what you said...
NO PROBLEMS!!

well they don't run teams and they don't go to Canada and are you sure it's the same company your talking about? They have less than 300 trucks. They are all solo no teams and none of those folks work here. The BL's that are here have been here over 15 Years some 20+

I was there when they were still down on Old Liberty Road.
