Truthfully I thought you were kinda serious too. Earlier today (cuz all I do is think about this forum) I was thinking you're pretty good where you're at.

90k a year and home every day is probably right level with what I did last year but I get paid for my overnights...

I'm only at around 82-85k for this year. But it's been lately too. Stupid management/dispatch changes killing our productivity. My raises are the only thing keeping it stable. Although it should be growing with the raise.

Another company isn't my answer though. Grass is greener etc etc.

I don't know how close you really have to live to their DCs but I'm 110 miles from Pottsville. Even if they'd hire me I'm allergic to that much commuting.

Yeah my plans to leave have nothing to do with the money.

It's too much to get into but I'm currently at our yard with a relay that I was supposed to take to Baltimore, but had a frustration meltdown of the near USA Truck variety. First time I ever let my irritation affect my driving. Didn't hit or hurt anything but had to pop the air and sit for a while.

Unless you work here too it's kind of hard to relate and would sound petty if I went into detail.

But anyway sh*t like this is why I need to leave.
