That's nice of them to split it 50/50, They could have stuck you with the whole thing. The RIGHT thing to do would be to cover the cost of the tire for you. I mean it was on the on the first day, Really.

I wouldn't put it on them. They checked the tires, and I checked the tires. More than likely, the tire got punctured by something in the road.
