I need a roommate

i wouldn't do it. if she got the wrong person and they gave her trouble. she just can't get rid of them she would have to evict them wich can cost a couple of grand atleast. and if she did toss em out then the tenant might sue her. i say let the house go and get into a sect 8 apt. then you have to worry about things like someone burning the place down because they forgot something on the stove and your insurance company drops you because your costing em to much. these things do happen!!! and to top it all off since she's renting a room then she has to worry about being ripped off or worse!!! i know it's her dad's house and all but what's more important the memories in the house or a her life

It may be a long while before I find a roommate but at least I do have my brother and my nieces boyfriend for help if need be.Also my neighbor kid who is 11 yrs old and one hell of a good worker thanks to his grandparents who's raising him and his sister.You should see the boy on his riding lawn mower.His grandpa taught him.My brother was over here all afternoon labor day I had to pinch myself wondering it I'm just dreaming.He was a completely different person very helpful and after like he was part of the family.Guess the text message I sent him actually worried.A couple weeks earlier he was here with his daughter and her boyfriend my brother after like he didn't even know dad I told him in text his atttude was deplorable and why.It was really sad that day seeing how Rodney acted towards dad and me.But I was more concerned about dad so my text message was for him.

now she changes her mind LOL. we just want you to be safe and know what your getting into before you make a decision.. well maybe you could give the 11 yr old boy a few bucks and have him mow your lawn and maybe he might shovel for you to if he's a good worker and you have that part taken care of!!! and it's good that you have your brother and your nieces for back up if need be as you never know who's out there as we wouldn't want to see anything happen to you
