So is a club house. That's what thathouse reminds me of,a clubhouse kids build but it is cute. There's certainly less dusting involved.
(That's a good thing!)![]()
i may go to an appliance store, and get me a refridgerator box to live in, under a highway overpass!!!So is a club house. That's what thathouse reminds me of,a clubhouse kids build but it is cute.
the carpet was brand new and the lady that was in there never walked her dog and let it shit and piss alleven though you had animal stains, there are times that the carpeting still has to be replaced, like when the tenants spill some sort of liquid on it.
this is what a damage deposit is for.
i can however agree that a no pets policy is best. but as an example, my nice lives in an apartment for the disabled. she and the others can have a small pet. she has a cat. in her particular apartment right now? she has no carpeting, only linoleum flooring. any carpets she does have, are in fron to her sofa and chairs, and at her bedside.
but this is not the norm every where, we both know this. as i was relating to patty, as she ages, she would be best served to sell out, move out, and let someone else take the responsibility for snow removal, yard maintenance, and building maintenance etc, etc. over say calling someone to go over to her house, aoy moo-koo dollars just to walk in the door.
i know that as i said, i do not wish to continue in this house now as it is. smaller house, or apartment, or condo, will suit me better. as i am aging, i too sick and tire of the day to day things i must do for the upkeep, as it never ends, on a larger home.
the lady that lived there had a dog and two cats. and they shit and pissed all over the place and she was to lazy to walk her dog never took it out let the dog do it's business all over the place including the balcony. you mentioned damage deposit most of the time the deposit is not worth the cost of going through and replacing carpet. though i have been ripping out the carpets and going with hardwood floors. easier to maintain and it don't hold a bunch of crap under it like carpet does.. i do have a no pets policy in the lease and if i catch someone with one i'll give em time to get rid of it and if they don't then it's cause for an eviction. why because of stupid crap like what has happened. i"m sure the cat that your nice has goes in the litter box and your nice is responsible to clean it out as well one thing this woman was to lazy to do. but your nice takes care of her cat!!! then you have to think that everything on me is a freaking liability.. i could tell you about the time a tenant unplugged the fridge and let all of there food spoil and tried to sue me for there food spoilingeven though you had animal stains, there are times that the carpeting still has to be replaced, like when the tenants spill some sort of liquid on it.

!!! and anther time a tenant put there own hot tub on the balcony
what's one of those weigh when there full 2 tons
that was cause for an eviction. i could see it now if the balcony gave in and fell
my ass would have been toast. you can run all the background checks and credit checks and some with nothing on them still screw youthe carpet was brand new and the lady that was in there never walked her dog and let it **** and piss all
the lady that lived there had a dog and two cats. and they **** and pissed all over the place
anyone'soh, sorta like patty, allowing her dogs to do the same thing?

most of the people i rent to are not seniors nor disabled. how i found out is that there was piss stains going over the balconyyeah, my niece lives in a section 8 apartment. she knew the manager there since she was little. she has to keep the apartment clean (they all do), as the manager does monthly inspections, and at any time, HUD can come in and inspect as well, and it is the managers ass if it is not clean. she has this group that take care of the disabled that go there daily, to take them shopping, etc, and help them with what they need.
apartments there are spotless, and even those that have the small pets.
. i don't take section 8 as it is not worth it to me as it's a broken system. if an apt don't pass and goes into abatement good luck trying to get your money for the month lost iv'e heard horror stories from other property owners!!! though the one good thing about it is they run background checks and they do inspections!!!
where she is, it's a former elementary school me and sis went to! it was all gutted out, and everything is new.most of the people i rent to are not seniors nor disabled. how i found out is that there was piss stains going over the balcony. i don't take section 8 as it is not worth it to me as it's a broken system. if an apt don't pass and goes into abatement good luck trying to get your money for the month lost iv'e heard horror stories from other property owners!!! though the one good thing about it is they run background checks and they do inspections!!!
you mentioned about patty selling off and going into an apt or condo. though it would be awsome if she found someone that liked her and helped her around the house that would allow her to remain in her dads house![]()
that would be creepy to me having a stranger in my house!!! thinks that she should get on the section 8 wait list. but yea everything does come to an end. it is sad that shes going through alot right now but it's best that she deals with it now rather than later. she is a great personwhere she is, it's a former elementary school me and sis went to! it was all gutted out, and everything is new.
even that comes to an end, unless it's a person a wee bit older than her, retired, and just needs a place to stay. someone young won't work out.
frankly, i'd set up a spare room or make room in the barn or garage. it's still a stranger.
and if they were self employedI would screen the roommate like some employers do.
