I know that now,Sinister mentioned it.Actually I knew that when I sued a trucking company for wrongful termination.My lawyer said he can't tell any employers about me sueing him ,my job perfomance otherwise we will go after him again.I just forgot it's illegal.
i have to run credit checks and background checks as i need to protect my investments. and if i my tennants found out that i rented to a pedophile i couldn't even begin to think how many lawsuits i would have on me

I never heard of him till now.I would have to personally know the person before any considerations.I'm basically thinking ahead after dad passes.I do not wanna be in this house alone Its too bad it didn't work out with Ray and i,he was an excellent tennant, roommate , friend whatever you wanna call him.

seriously, my situation is like this:
my dad died back in April.
mom has it in her will (as dad did) they get to live here till they die, or go into a nursing home.
i own the house, but due to thier wills they have what is called a "lifetime estate" and i simply cannot sell it as they live.
only in death or nursing home, and my power of attorney goes into full throttle. (although i take care of mom's business now with the power of attorney)
you once told me your age, i am nearly older than God. he and i were sandlot friends, and we had gotten into a drunken stupor this one time, let me tell you....
anyway's, when mom dies (or goes into a nursing home) this house gets SOLD, and I'M OUTTA HERE.......!!!
i tire even as a man, to clean the outside, tend to the garden, clear the snow and ice, and the general upkeep of a 3 family home, both inside and outside.
i want either an apartment, or a condo, and pay someone else to take care of it.
if i were to get another house, it'll be a small house, (newer as well) preferably in a better climate than here in New England.
so if i were you, i'd look into apartments, that accepts at least ONE PET, and get out with the money you get from the house sale.
you too ARE GETTING OLD, and your health needs to be considered for YOU to stay where you a re, and take care of all that stuff on your own..>!!!!!!
