if it weren't for the snow, cold, ice they get up there in IA, i'd take her up on it, but i hate that crap here in New England. a lateral move will never be in my future.. maybe when i retire (or hit the lottery) the south west like Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada will entice me, but then too, i want to live someplace where there is no personal income taxes (or humidity) ..........and Floriduh, is NOT for me neither..>!!!!!!!

your to trusting. you might wind up with the biggest nut job you never know who you'll rent to!!! and a renter can make your life a living hell also!! just be carefull!!! the extra income isn't worth the headaches if you get some crazy ass in there that can trash the place beyond belife and i mean to the point to where it will cost you more to fix the place up than to sell it as is or even steal from you or threaten you and your dads lives
