5/16 chains are rated 4700lbs
3/8 5700
Other then that one chain having a twist in it, its a good tie down.

Less than 9000 pounds.

I was gonna call BS til I went back and looked again.
Its a short skinny coil. At first glance I thought it was short wide coil.
A 9000 pound I would used one chain and 2 binders and been gone.

Here, a load needs to be restrained with straps, chains, ropes or other means totaling a restraint of twice the load weight. So a 9000lb load would need to be restrained with chains totaling 18000lb of capacity.
