Here's our scoop with good ol' C.R. England. (The only thing good that came of this is now we're proudly with John Christner Trucking, known as JCT). Right after my husband got out of trucking school he joined up with England because that was the closest trucking company we could go with at the time. After his 6 wks training, he comes home to pick me up. He was told the best way to go is leasing. We didn't know so we said fine. Leasing is the only way to go if you want to make C.R. England richer while you don't make nothing. Our DM gave us good miles, but the money we made went straight to England's back pocket. Ran 3,000 to 4,000 miles a week and had one good paycheck that net us $1,000.00 for the week. This happened only one time for the whole year he drove for them. The 3,000 mile weeks brought us a net check of $0.00, yep that's not a typo. We would go between 6 and 7 week stints with no paycheck. Scraping change up just to get enough for a jar of peanut butter, jelly, and a loaf of bread. Living strictly off of cash advances. They caused us to lose our home because of no income. My husband drove a total of 130,000 miles for the whole year and our net pay for the whole year was $12,000.00. That's right, $12,000.00. We will be getting an attorney and sue him for back wages along with the other 35 plus lawsuits he has against him. England and just look at all the post about this company. How people literally got fried because of this company. The only good thing that came from this is it gave my husband 1 year driving experience and we are now driving for John Christner Trucking. We love JCT and would not leave them for nothing. We took the time to go and thank Mr. Christner for letting my husband drive for him and told him that we lost our home because of C.R. England and the man winced and apologized. We sat down and had a talk with Mr. Christner just like you would talk to an old friend. One of the nicest men you would ever want to meet. I am proud like a mother hen to be part of JCT. We are driving a 2007 International Eagle (maroon in color) truck no L1933B and in 3 3 1/2 years we will own this truck. Mr. Christner said we give him a dollar and he gives us the title. My cat Casper does the navigating (when he's not sleeping) and I do the routing on my comp. Hope this helps some people wanting to know. Thank you and God bless
