IMA KEEP IT REDNECK
If your looking for parts, they’ve got lots. But if you’re looking for service, I think you’ll be let down. Have a giant back log of trucks here in Lancaster. You can not bring a trailer to this location. People in the service department don’t show courtesy, and they even act like they could care less if they have your business or not. I don’t recommend stoping here for repairs. Parts guys are nice though, and they seem to have a lot of parts in stock.

When I had my T680, this was my experience with virtually every PACCAR dealer.

To be honest this is the first Pete shop I’ve had this experience at. Most of them go out of their way to accommodate me. Usually have very decent driver lounges. If I want a ride anywhere they provide it. Polite, courteous, keep me informed. This is the first time that I have been to any kind of business anywhere that I felt I should warn people about it.

However I have to give credit to the night shift service writer. He was a very kind old man.
