Ain't that the truth. I can barely stand to eat the grocery store tomatoes and most of the time I don"t.

Sometimes they have decent roma termaters at the grocery store. Still ain't as good as home grown termaters though.
The best termaters I've ever had were grown by this old geezer I used to know. He had been saving seeds from each year's crop and using them to re-plant the next year's termaters since 1962. No monsanto mutants were grown in his garden. He died about 5 or 6 years ago and his daughters didn't save any seeds. They're still keeping the garden going, but with store-bought seeds. The tomatoes aren't as good. The seeds are programmed by the evil mad scientists so the seeds from the crop are sterile. I don't even know where to get natural seeds any more.

Even the ones that aren't sterile, are hybrids that will not produce true to the original if you try to save the seeds. There is an awesome yahoo group on organic homestead gardening where members trade seeds like the guy you are talking about. I think Baker Creek seed company offers seeds like that, too. You can find their website online. They are some cool down-home folks there and will go out of their way for their customers.
The Baker Creek Seed site is pretty cool. Found some amish paste tomato seeds. Nice to know I can just keep those seeds and won't need to purchase more unless my crop goes to crap.

I agree. Hence my latest invention, which I refer to as the Closed End Cage (patent pending).
The only reason I even had the cages is because they were free.
Step 1 was to cut the rings from one of them. Then I flipped over the one to be modified and bent the ends of the prongs into a hook shape. I then closed the hooks into a closed loop around the ring, which is now the top.
I set the assembly over the plant, just allowing it to set flat on the ground. I staked it down with some metal tent pegs I use for such things. It is secure and added height is gained by not having anything stuck in the ground.
These are the same type plants, little cherry tomatoes, started from seed in March.
There were so many in the three black pots, that I put some on my swingset pot hanger and the rest in the ground.
The ones in the ground were the runts, but are catching up rapidly. They have thicker trunks too. Must have to do with the roots having more room to spread.
This week I built some support for the three black pots in the stairstep potholder. I used slats from some old pallets, which are light and well suited for that purpose. The fence provides good support and puts it at the right level. In a couple weeks I will have to extend the front section upward as the lower plant grows.

I am getting about 1 tomato about every other day. My plants don't look anywhere as nice as yours mustang. I had way too much rain and then too much sun and heat.

I know what you mean. We have had way too much rain here. In the past three weeks, I think it has rained more than it hasn't. Now, starting today, its a heatwave.
I like Mustang's wooden tomato cages much better than my ladder shaped ones. It looks like they do a good job of keeping the plant growing straight up. Mine sometimes flop out the sides if I am slow about tying them up.

There's some kind of plant, .. it's about 6 feet tall and standing up vertically like a tree, .. was not even there 3 weeks ago because I burned off the whole area, .. it looks like a tomato plant. Same kind of stalk and leaves. It's growing in that turbo-charged super-fertile soil by the creek. I almost chopped it up with my bush hog the other day but at the last second thought "what if it IS a tomato plant?" and I swerved around it.
Now that I'm thinkin' about it, I think I'll go get some pictures of it.
