Because...
....my logs are all faked badly and 5 months out of date and my brakes have been grinding steel for 3 weeks and I don't have a cdl due to hit and run on a DOT officer
Like I said, they don't revoke your authority. You have a chance to fix things in a set given time. I actually failed for not having a record of ME giving ME a driving test!!!! I had 7 days to give ME a driving test, rate ME and email in a copy of my driving test.
