Energy Drinks

I was addicted to these drinks but have had to give them up. I started having some heart problems, and when my doctor found out how many of these drinks I was consuming, he almost had a heart problem :) A couple of weeks after quitting the drinks, my heart rate returned to normal.

same here i always get sleepy. but i have found out that the 5 hr energy drink will last about 2 hrs on me but only if i eat something first.

found some really good stuff, looks like alkaselzer, just drop in water, tastes like gatorade.(supposively a nobelprize winning scientist envolved in co.'s products) i can b feeling like i just cant do anymore, tired and cranky and drop 1/2 of one in my water bottle. well u dont fell anything but about 1/2 hr later i'd realize i feel like i just started my day and really good mood too. was in heavy rain at night in chicago and felt calm, and not stresed. no sugar, vitamins and herb combo that improves mental focus and energy. dont mean to sound like a salesman but am excited about and changed my attitude about my job. was ready to quit bcause i was too exhuasted to get anything done during home time. i was drinking coffe all day b4 and would b plain burnt out. ther's also an herbal tea concentrate my wife says tastes great,1/2 teaspoon in water.does samething. found this through wifes weightloss deal w/herbalife. have to get through a distributor only. hers happens to b a trucker too. so he turned me on to this. his website is herbaleasystore.com u can email and ask for afree sample it doesnt say so but he will if u ask. oh yeah its called liftoff.

energy drinks They hype you up then let you crash. This really is not good for your body system. Energy drinks also run the risk of causing you to have a heart attack if you drink more than one in a twenty-four hour period.

I was addicted to Monster energy drinks last summer. I would buy them buy the case's at Sam's Club.
They worked for me, as long as I just kept drinking one every 3 to 4 hours while working.
I was driving a 6 Axle dump truck at the time, working over 110 hrs per week. We were doing the "New 4 lane Rt. 30" over by Upper Sandusky. I would work sometimes 3 and 4 shifts straight.

But since I have gotten away from that company and moved, I have no desire to drink them anymore.

But the way Lubaya_Hart, explains how you crash....yea it happens..but then just drink another and you will be right back!
