The question was asked or eluded to several times in your numerous recruiting threads but you always side-step it or ignore it outright so I figured you must not know.



Nothing wrong with a recruiting bonus.
In fact I go out of my way to make sure that somebody gets it if a company pays one.

Coincidentally though, a pal of mine recently signed on with a local company who I used to lease to. He asked me whether I still knew anyone there and I couldn't think of anyone that I'd had recent contact with so I had to tell him no.

I told him that I did know of a guy who was with them,
but I wouldn't go out of my way to get his info because the guy is kind of a piker.

But normally I'll try to make sure that somebody, almost anybody, gets the bonus.

To answer you quickly yes there is but it's more than that to me, I feel like I'm helping the average driver get a step up in pay or for those that want to try to be a I/C but don't have a down payment
