I'm still here. The 20th was my birthday and we did the usual get s*itfaced and lounge about in the pool.
The wellness is getting much better since I'm not getting beat to death. No more blood pressure meds, no more prostate meds, even though they really didn't work. I did a lot of in-depth studies on supplements. I eat about a dozen of them. I feel like I cut 15 years off of the body.
So far, my shoulder is back like it was 20 years ago, B/P is what a normal person should be. I just checked for fun, 115/72 and pulse at 66. Great, considering it used to be in the 160's and 90's, even with a normal pulse. I can jog for a short time and my low back is great and I'm back under 200lbs. Cutting the booze really helped.
I've been doing some car show participation and dragged her up to Charlotte in the beginning of June for our Cadillac Grand National. They tell me I won an award, but I never got it. I left in the early AM hours to get back home so I was sleeping during the awards ceremony. I made it to the last 30 miles and had a blow out on the trailer. That took out the fender, the license plate and brackets and scuffed up the side of the car. I'm waiting for FedEx to deliver the 4 new 16 ply rated tires. The originals were a 10 ply rating.
Ha!! UPS just delivered the award. Second Place in the touring class. Awesome!!! It was the 50th anniversary for the 1976 Eldorado.
I'll try to get around more often, but sitting here at my desk can get too comfortable.
