DAC

Was wondering if anyone can answer this question for me:Can a company you are not employed with put information on your dac?I was in orientation at Celadon in Indianapolis In and was falsely accused of refusing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, despite the fact that I had already given them the specimen and had signed the paper and initialed the two vials.I have no proof that I did this because they conveniently didnt give me a copy of the paper I signed. If anyone has any information or ideas on what I can do I would greatly apreciate it.Thank you in advance.

A company can put whatever they want on a DAC as it is not regulated, however you can call and set up an appeal process to have it removed if it in fact is an error.

I would start making phone call's and sending letters...that's bad a pre-emploment drug test refusal put on dac.
and yes they can do it...................
I'd be calling d.o.t. and reporting them to there procedures....
They might have used yours for as someone else's..........
certain methods must be followed......................

That's a good point, didn't think of that.
