INDIANAPOLIS – Following on the heels of their acquisition of Evans Trucking earlier this summer, Celadon Trucking Services has recently ordered tractors for the flatbed fleet, including Kenworth W900, Peterbilt 579 and International LoneStar tractors.

In addition, the company also is buying 100 new 53-foot aluminum flatbed trailers. To complement this equipment, Celadon has also purchased deluxe, enclosed head racks.

“We are looking to grow our base of owner operators for our flatbed business”, commented Nate Roberts, Vice President of Specialized Services at Celadon. “This trio of quality tractor options, both new and used, coupled with an attractive leasing program and great pay packages, offer an outstanding opportunity for those considering a career as a lease purchase driver.”
