California Could Become a Sanctuary State for Marijuana

i hope they tax the **** out of it and stop raising my taxes!!! i know trump won't give moonbeam no money since he wants to let the illegals stay here!!!

A bill moving through the state legislature would prohibit state and local police from assisting federal agents who target marijuana businesses that are legal according to state law, unless those agents have a court order.

Sanctuary my ass.

When they order the state police to arrest federal agents for attempted kidnapping, theft and destruction of property, trespassing, etc. and refuse to recognize the validity of federal court orders pertaining to marijuana possession / distribution, THEN they can call it a sanctuary state.

Until then, they're just a bunch of big talkers.
