Buying Used Truck

Welcome all to my post!

So I find my self looking into buying a used truck in the years range (2014-2017) in the mileage range of 400K-600K preferably in the lower end of the range maybe toward the end of this year but definitely first thing in the new year if all goes well. I want to buy the truck and be the sole owner of it. However, I don't want to insure the truck or be the driver of the truck instead I want to lease the truck on to a company that would cover the insurance and hires it own driver. I basically want to get a cut of the weekly revenues for passive income. I am fairly new to the trucking industry, I do have my Class A CDL but trying to stay out of the driver seat but make some money by owning the truck - whatever percentage we agree on. Can anyone guide me or give me your opinion of what are some of the steps or things that I need to do in order to be able to accomplish this. Thank you in advance.

Taylor and Martin handles a lot of old Walmart trucks.

I've only ever driven for one other outfit that takes care of trucks the way this fleet does.

The pictures in the thread I am about to link are a bit old already. They are of a 2015 model that was out of service and waiting to be picked up at our yard by a driveway company. This truck had around 700,000 miles on it.
