I have the need for a preprinted/formated Bills of Landing. I may have to have my own upon occaisions. Can anyone point me in the right direction, otherwise I can find one I like, maybe ATS's and scan it.

Thanks, I have always had them furnished by the company I was working for or leased on to. I assumed they were out there, I just needed someone to point me in the right direction.

You can also make your own on your laptop. And don't rush out and buy MicroSoft Office, download OpenOffice for free. It is the same as MS Office, but the cost is way better.

And you can make bills of lading, build spreadsheets to keep track of business stuff, and write letters to politicians.

But you will have to deal with cardon paper and go throgh lots more ink but I do like open office

I have open office also, but I find the formatting gets goofy here and there. If you're already a Word guru, it's probably easier to stick with an MSOffice suite than it is to retrain on something new, even if it is free.

Plus, terry is going to be so rich hauling loads to Canada and Alaska that he's going to need all the deductions he can get!

Dat's de plan, Stan! But, I don't see it happening. I want to go to Alaska because it is a nice drive. I made money going to Canada with ATS, I don't know that I can do it on my own.

I see JJ Keller has BOL's, I was worried about being able to find any, I guess that was foundless. I want to go check out what Home Depot has, just to satisfy my curiosity and to be able to fulfill my need for instant gratification.

If Home Depot can't fix you up, I'm sure Office Depot will, lol.

I believe Office Depot will even custom print your DBA name and address on them for you, but I could be wrong. Make sure you get at least 3 part forms as well. I know peole that only got 2 part, and then you are always making copies so everyone gets their own.

I picked up a packer of 50 BOL's from Office Depot. They will work until I decide if I want to get some imprinted. I'm not sure yet, they are expensive.
