I would say any moving violations or at fault accidents because your CDL # is same as your driver's license.
Vise versa anything in your personal vehicle can affect trucking and your are obligated to report anything in your own vehicle to your company Safety Office and an incident in your own car can also affect a Carriers ability to insure you

If it happens in your home state, it’s going to show up on your MVR so insurance companies will definitely see it when they pull your record before renewal.
If it is out of state, it’s going to depend on the state. Some states report to other states, some don’t. Some will report to other states if you take the ticket to court, but not if you simply pay the fine by the due date.
