What do you call the end pieces of a loaf of bread? The heel, the crust, Dad slices, the redheaded stepchild or something else?

We always called it the butt or the heel. I had a friend who called it the "hoe" I asked why and his reply was "because everybody touches it but nobody wants it."

I have a very strong dislike for him and Wings (the band not the chicken).
I think I hate the song band on the run the most. The Intro is so cringe and then it goes on to be a bigger work of crap.

Long weekend here and for those that do the daylight savings time. I am not a fan of the time changes. There is a bill in Ontario on the table that we will end the time change if Quebec and New York State do the same.
Why does it matter what Quebec and New York do?
I know I have delivered to some places in Illinois and it is an hour earlier, not because of DLST but because of the time zone.
Ok so it's one hour difference and I am early and R.R Donnelly does not want to unload one hour early.
My point being that one jurisdiction does not need the cooperation of another jurisdiction to implement a bill.

For once I'm guaranteed to not work 16 hours on my birthday. 1) because it's on Sunday 2) because I'm between jobs and we're working vigorously towards a cross country move.

I'll be happy to never see Toronto again if I can help it.
