Why is healthy stuff so expensive and gross?

Turns out, this stuff has little if any benefit despite saying its a probiotic, and anti oxidant...on and on. Also turns out, some people have died from drinking it. Possibly.

The label says it has naturally occurring alcohol. However I must say on that end I am disappointed and remain quite sober.

It's expensive and tastes disgusting.

Stuff like this is why poor people in this country are also often obese. Odd paradox but it's true.

I really hope the probiotic part of this doesn't kick in at an inopportune time.

And I would not worry much about it killing you. Water probably kills more people annually than that concoction does.

Save money, seek out fermented veggies. Or, ferment them yourself, it's pretty easy and likely my next health project.

Oh yeah. and something cheap if you are taking in probiotics is to also get some apple cider vinegar into your diet. It feeds the probiotics.

With just a bit of work, healthy is not expensive.

They were chewing up sometime then spitting it in a large pot. That pot would sit for a while to ferment. I saw another pot that was ready and it was bad. The regular energy drinks make my hair itch.

I have never been into the energy drinks. I think I am caffeine sensitive. My skin crawls when i have had too much coffee or coffee too late in the day.

Green/black tea with a b complex pill usually works to keep me up. Sort of helps to wake me.
