a handle is earned or given to u by peers. mine is slomotion given to me one night of partying in laredo. i was moving slow lol

My first handle was given to me in basic training 36 years ago. There was this gunny (a lot like keen)that always call the recruits from California cityslickers. I was on the range one day and just fired an extreamly nice grouping. He came up to me and said "that's some fine grouping for a cityslicker" I said that's because I'm fresh off the ranch and San Diego is the first city I've ever seen. He walked away shaking his head and said "oh no a poordumbcountryboy". Everyone has called me that or countryboy eversense even my daughters call me countryboy. When I first started using the CB it was poordumbcountryboy, but I just shortened it to countryboy because that was just too damn long and everyone would just call me countryboy anyway. some would just use country, but there was another guy around back then called country.

eh... I cannot in good conscience repeat the names my peers have given me. I think that might even offend truck drivers, and I know how to offend them. Got sent to the principals office for offending 3 of our drivers once, over a damn joke.

First off, other than name calling and the occasional hey Missy, my name is unique enough that Sacha suffices on the radio, seems like the handles have gone the way of the wild west. I used to go by Colorado Buttercup, that's what my Grandpa called me over the CB when I was a little doober on the radio in my Dads truck.

Diesel Drivin' Dame is what my sister calls me in fun, and briefly in my first truck I was LilblackMack since it was the only one on the hill at the time. Had you going didn't I?


AS for offending truckers I did it, and that's a joke I'll tell only to specific people or relate on another thread perhaps save it for a time that story would be appropriate

That's why God put my wife on the truck. To teach me patience. Also the C.B in now turned off most of the time so there's no more of that pulling over to the side of the road to get my a$$ handed to me. I do have the occasional temper tantrum but I have grown up alot.
