Typically those monopolistic douchebags support whatever is bad for the industry because they know that it hurts small fleets more than it hurts them.

Can you blame them though? they are supporting their base as any good organization would. Clearly opposing views on many things, but they are good at what they do.

If the small carriers would support an organization in the same way they could do even more because we are the bulk of the industry. Problem is, a large percentage of us either raise hell about any sort of membership fee, or refuse to get in line with one particular group and result in splinter cells.
